Hi, it's Naomi. If you've read anything on this site, you already know I'd rather answer a real question from a real person than let it sit in a form nobody checks. So this page is short on purpose: here's how to reach us, what to send, and how to get a reply back quickly instead of waiting a week.

The Fastest Way to Reach Us

Email is genuinely the best route. I read everything that comes into [email protected] myself, and I try to answer within two to three business days — sooner if it's a quick fix like a broken link or a typo in a product name. There's no live chat, no phone tree, and no ticket number you have to remember. Just an inbox with my name attached to it.

What Kinds of Messages Are Welcome

Genuinely, most things. A few categories that show up regularly and that I'm always glad to see:

  • Questions about a specific product or article — if you want to know how something held up after six months, or why a pick didn't make one of the roundups, ask. I usually have notes.
  • Corrections — prices change, retailers discontinue items, and sometimes I miss something. If you spot an error, tell me exactly where you saw it. Corrections get fixed fast, and I appreciate the heads-up more than you'd think.
  • Content suggestions — a category we haven't covered, a storage problem you can't find a good answer for, a product you wish someone had actually tested before you bought it. These emails have shaped more of the site's direction than any keyword tool ever has.
  • Technical issues — broken links, images not loading, pages behaving strangely on mobile. Screenshots help enormously here.
  • Collaborations and press — brands, PR teams, and other sites reaching out about partnerships or product testing should start on the Collaboration page, which lays out exactly how I work with brands and what I won't do (spoiler: I won't publish a glowing review of something I haven't actually tested).

If you're new here and want the fuller picture of who's behind the reviews and why the site exists, the About Us page covers my background and how testing actually happens in my kitchen and spare room.

Tips for a Faster Reply

A few small things make a big difference in how quickly I can help:

  • Include a link to the specific page or product you're asking about. "The pantry organizing post" narrows things down; a URL narrows it down instantly.
  • Say what you're using it for, if it's a product question. A storage bin recommendation for a small apartment closet is different from one for a garage, and context saves us both a few emails.
  • One topic per email when possible. If you have a correction and a separate content idea, two shorter emails get sorted faster than one long one.
  • Give me a little time before following up — I'm one person testing products in real time, not a support team with shift coverage.

A Note on Comments and Community Tone

If you're reaching out about something you saw in a comment section or want to know how discussions are moderated on the site, that's covered in our Community Guidelines, which explain what kind of feedback and interaction we encourage — mostly: be specific, be kind, and skip the spam links.

A Health and Safety Note

A meaningful chunk of what we cover — pantry setups, storage solutions, kitchen tools, kids' room organization — touches everyday household use, and occasionally children's products, since my nephew Sam and niece June act as an informal durability panel for anything aimed at kids. None of that makes me a safety inspector or a medical professional. If a product recall, allergy concern, or safety issue ever affects something we've written about, please don't wait on us — contact the manufacturer or the relevant consumer safety authority directly, and feel free to loop us in at [email protected] so we can update the post. Our full stance on how we test, what we disclose, and where our recommendations end and your own judgment should begin is laid out in the Editorial Policy and Disclaimer.

Before You Hit Send

If your question is about how affiliate links work on this site, or whether a review is influenced by a partnership, that's addressed directly and in plain language on our disclosure pages — worth a quick read before you write in, since it answers most of what people ask about first.

Otherwise, just write. Whether it's a correction, a product story of your own, or a request for a roundup we haven't done yet, my inbox is open: [email protected]. I read it all, and I answer it myself.
